**Company Description**
- ** Pay starts at $22.65/hr (Increase to $22.95 after 3 months/$23.25 after 6 months)**:

- ** Additional skill-based pay increases available**:

- ** Overtime is paid after 42 hours per week (at 1.5x regular rate)**:

- ** Shifts are rotating between Day Shift (6:00AM to 3:30 PM) & Afternoon Shift (3:45PM-1:15AM), every 2 weeks.**:

- ** Earn additional $1.00/hr in shift premium pat when scheduled on the afternoon shift.**

**Job Description** North Star Windows & Doors is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Production Team.**

As a valued member of our Production team, duties would include but not limited to assembling, fabricating, and inspecting windows and doors, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications while operating machinery and tools safely. You will review orders, prep materials using power tools, hand tools, saws/automated welders. You will assemble various parts of windows and doors, including frames, glass panel installation, hardware (hinges, locks, handles), and seals, sealed unit glazing, screen fit, assembly, packaging, and other various tasks. You will operate machinery and tools, such as saws, pneumatic drills, to fabricate and assemble components. You will inspect finished products for defects. You may also be involved in preparing products for shipment by labeling, packing, and loading.

You will be required to keep your workstation and surrounding area clean and organized which is essential for safety and efficiency. You will be required to follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement. You will adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience with general labour/construction/manufacturing an asset (6 months-1 year preferred). Willing to train, but must have a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to commit to our team.
- Standing for 9-hr, lifting/maneuvering of products required (medium to heavy lifting, 30-50lbs)
