**Join Our Team as a ReStore Sales Associate**

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of Habitat for Humanity's ReStore in Brantford, Ontario? We're seeking a dedicated individuals to fill the vital role of **ReStore Sales Associate**, where you'll play an important part in our mission to provide affordable homeownership for hard-working families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create positive, professional interactions with customers and donors, in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Upsell products to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of the store to high standards.
- Ensure products are displayed and merchandised effectively for maximum exposure and sales.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Uphold donor experience guidelines with tact and professionalism.
- Comply with policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and ethical standards.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated professionalism and excellence in customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in assessing the condition of donated goods.
- Proven success at maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets.
- Passion for social impact with the drive to make a positive difference in the community and advance Habitat for Humanity’s mission.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift.
- Availability to work Saturdays as scheduled.
- Forklift Operator license or willingness to become certified.
