**The Role**

As an SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our financial systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of SAP FICO modules, providing expert guidance on financial best practices and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.

**Your Impact**
- Configure, implement, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide expertise in financial accounting, controlling, asset accounting, profitability analysis, and other related areas within the SAP FICO module.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements or customizations to optimize system performance and usability.
- Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials, to support end-users and IT staff.
- Provide end-user training and support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP FICO functionality.
- Stay current with SAP FICO trends, updates, and new technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending appropriate actions.

**About You**
- 2 - 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
