As a Swimming Pool Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall well-being of residential and commercial swimming pools. You'll ensure our clients enjoy crystal-clear water and a worry-free swimming experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, etc.) and add necessary chemicals.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment and plumbing, performing minor repairs as needed.
- Identify and report larger repair needs to the service manager.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, chemical readings, and equipment status.
- Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

**Bonus Qualifications for increased salary**:

- Proven experience as a swimming pool technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and common pool equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and plumbing issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (e.g., bags of salt, chemicals).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
