Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, organized, and goal-oriented Second-in-Command Framer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in framing. This role requires someone who is reliable, responsible, and capable of training and leading others while ensuring top-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead framer in managing daily job site operations.

Train and mentor junior framers, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols.

Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate execution of framing work.

Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency on the job site.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and goals.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Communicate effectively with the crew and supervisors to keep projects on track.

**Requirements**:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise others.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
