**Position Summary**:
The Revenue Management Team Vision is committed to making sure that clients receive timely and correct invoicing for services provided and to ensure that all company work is accounted for and billed accordingly. It is the Revenue Management team that is responsible for monitoring the revenue and collections that come into the company and to make sure that all incoming work is audited and reconciled to the standard and level that QHR is known for.
The Revenue Management Clerk Position is created for the day to day invoicing and customer account management.
- The RM Clerk will report to the RM Team Lead for direction and leadership
- Projects may require teamwork, group leadership and some individual goal-oriented activities
- Creating process maps and reaching out to and working with other depts on combined processes
- Participating in Companywide projects
- Promote QHR’s “Blue Culture” framework to foster a collaborative, positive and efficient workplace,
- Contribute to the organization’s positive image both internally and externally,
- Perform other duties consistent with the position, as reasonably directed by your manager.
***Essential Functions**:
- Assist in preparing invoices, credit card and EFT transactions, bank deposits and other related duties
- Account reconciliation with debits and credits to receivables account
- Management of client accounts creating essential relationship with the client
- Review, analyze and finalize legal contracts to clients
- Accurately prepare and record financial transactions
- Reconcile and analyze reports as requested
- Timely and sensitive collections of delinquent accounts
- Support Revenue Management Team and Controller in various daily duties and projects
- Completes tasks on time, within budgeted times and per QHR’s professional standards
- Utilize internal processes, programs and systems effectively
- Actively foster collaboration within the team to ensure team goals are met
- Build constructive and supportive relationships with other department teams for assurances of good workflows
- This role will require from time to time to support the RM Team in day-to-day duties to cover off Vacation/Illnesses/or other coverage deemed necessary to keep the department daily duties completed
**Qualifications**:
- Thoroughness and initiative - attention to detail
- Can effectively process high volumes of work at month end with accuracy
- Experience in Sales Force and Zuora Billing
- Excellent communications skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage group dynamics and lead constructive discussions
- Advanced proficiency in excel (macros and project management programs are considered an asset)
- Experience in the roles of the Revenue Management Department for team coverage and the ability to work independently
**Compensation and Logistics**
- Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
- Hiring Range: $50,000 annually
- Full time, permanent
