proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Project
Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll support national projects, ensure financial and operational accuracy, and work closely with senior leaders to drive business excellence. You'll spend about
30% of your time supporting the SVP
, with the rest focused on coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Support (National Scope)
- Coordinate with national operations teams to ensure alignment of business initiatives, processes, and reporting.
- Support the development, rollout, and monitoring of operational strategies and efficiency improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between corporate functions and regional teams to promote communication and collaboration.
Revenue Assurance & Accounting Reconciliation
- Conduct ongoing revenue assurance reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported income across business units.
- Partner with Finance to perform accounting reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in revenue or cost reporting.
- Maintain clear documentation of reconciliations, adjustments, and variance explanations.
Project Management & Business Analysis
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent corporate projects.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare recommendations.
- Prepare financial models, projections, and pre-forma analyses to support decision-making on strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc operational reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and operational health.
- Support quality assurance initiatives by reviewing data, identifying process gaps, and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting and communication deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align project timelines, operational targets, and business objectives.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure all departments remain informed and accountable for deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure project and reporting alignment across teams.
Executive Support
- Provide direct support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Operations for approximately 30% of your time.
- Assist with strategic projects, report preparation, data analysis, scheduling, and presentation materials.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive business and financial information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations coordination, project management, or financial analysiswithin a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in accounting reconciliation, business analysis, or revenue assurance.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills — able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data visualization and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a national, hybrid work environment.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adjust to different time zones and evolving business needs.
- Experience or knowledge in real estate development or property management is considered a strong asset.
