London, Canada Lawson Health Research Institu Full time

**Who We Are**:
London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) is a world-class academic health sciences centre located in the southwestern Ontario city of London. Just two hours from Toronto and two hours from Detroit, London features a beautiful and walkable downtown core located on the Thames River, a vibrant culinary scene and scores of activities that highlight local arts, culture and music. As one of Canada’s largest acute-care teaching hospitals, LHSC is a world-class innovator in clinical care, research and teaching, delivering both local and regional services, including the Children’s Hospital, within a large geographic area. LHSC has a workforce of close to 15,000, dedicated to delivering the highest quality patient care while working together to shape the future of health.

Lawson Health Research Institute (Lawson) is one of Canada’s top ten health research institutes. Our scientists conduct research that advances scientific knowledge with the goal of improving health and the delivery of care for patients. Lawson does this as the research institute of London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London (St. Joseph’s), working in partnership with Western University.

Within hospital walls across London Ontario and the region, our innovation happens where care is delivered. Research teams work directly with clinicians, patients and other partners to improve treatments or create entirely new ones. They find innovative methods of providing services that drive efficiency and reduce costs - directly impacting patient care. Through collaboration and the sharing of their discoveries, Lawson researchers make a difference in the lives of patients and families every day.
