Mediprobe Research is a dermatology practice focused on research and publication. We are looking for a full-time (35 hours/week) Medical Research Writer to join our London, ON research team.

You will research and prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, chapters for inclusion in textbooks, and slides for medical conference presentations. The writer must be fluent in English, have a MSc or PhD in life science, and a good understanding of commonly used clinical trial methods and data presentation. (e.g. forest plots, clinical trial designs, regressions, etc).

**_Previous writing experience is a must._**

**Required Skills**:

- MSc or PhD degree (or near completion) in medical or life sciences
- Background in medical or biological sciences strongly preferred
- Previous experience authoring and publishing scientific articles
- Familiarity with academic literature searches using online health databases
- Knowledge of basic statistics
- Experience conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses is an asset
- Great interpersonal skills and can communicate in a clear and concise fashion
- Creative, detail-oriented, and diligent
- Well organized, and able to clearly identify and manage shifting priorities
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
