**Associate Coordinator of Operations**

**Permanent Full-time**

Reporting directly to the Coordinator of Operations, the Associate Coordinator of Operations will assist the management team in providing a high level of support throughout the Medical Centre facility. To fulfil this role, we are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, well-organized and team focused individual with proven strong management skills and experience to provide leadership to meet our human resources, health & safety, service contract management, and event coordination needs. **You will**:

- Negotiate and manage vendor/supplier service contracts and agreements
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes
- Manage incident, risk management and insurance processes
- Co-ordinate all aspects of company events
- Manage PPE inventory and distribution
- Develop policies and procedures
- As a management member, coordinate Joint Health and Safety Committee activities
- Perform a range of typical management duties as necessary, including general administration, coaching, guidance, problem solving and support to all practices, support services and staff.

**Qualifications**
- Solid experience and understanding of management policies, procedures and practices
- You have the ability to execute management duties in support of the Centre’s human resources, administrative and contract management activities
- Broad experience and understanding of all areas of HR, including the ESA, OHSA, labour relations, and recruitment principles
- Ability to convey information, greet and deal with current and new staff, internal and external stakeholders, and the general public, through tactful and diplomatic use of your demonstrated high-level of written and oral communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively, while fostering a positive workplace environment
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccinated (2 doses)
