**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate machines, including lathes and mills, to manufacture precision components.
- Program and set up machines using Fanuc and Mazatrol controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Assemble machined parts as required, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks in the machining process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Experience with lathe operations and other machining processes.
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
