**Duties**:

- Set up and operate Manual Lathes and Milling Machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve machining processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
