**Responsibilities**:

- Support team members in daily operations and client interactions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including:
- Responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to support business growth.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for client records, policy updates, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with the Agent and Team to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to multitask.
