**What You’ll Do**
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple construction projects. You will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects (multifamily, industrial, commercial)
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts
- Collaborate with Site Superintendents, clients, consultants, and subtrades
- Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and control costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety, and company standards
- Handle project forecasting, cost reporting, and change management
- Create documentation, reports, and project close-out packages

**What You Bring**
- 6+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry, and 2+ years as a Project Manager
- Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, writing scopes of work, contract management, project scheduling and risk forecasting
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in construction or engineering
- Strong knowledge of BCBC Part 3, contract law, and commercial building systems
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in Procore, Sage, MS Project, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office
- PMP Certification is an asset

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
