At **Brenric Construction**, we specialize in commercial tenant improvements throughout Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island. Our team brings precision, efficiency, and a client-first mindset to every project—from office and retail fit-outs to medical and light industrial spaces. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable and motivated **Project Manager** to lead multiple TI projects and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the day-to-day management of several commercial TI projects simultaneously
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams
- Maintain project budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, permits, and inspections
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and team members

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably tenant improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, documents, and local permitting
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with the Victoria and Vancouver Island construction market is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, engineering or a related field is preferred

**What We Offer**
- Wage range = $45-$55 per hour
- 4% vacation pay
