**About Us**: We’re the governing body for the sport of axe throwing, the fastest growing sport on earth. We work and manage a global operations with close to 200 companies as members and growing each week. We organize major televised tournaments as seen on ESPN and TSN. We are currently seeking an upbeat, organized and detail oriented professional to join our corporate team
The position of League Manager is a full-time salary position. This role is to make sure the organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a focus on league operations. If you have great attention to detail, communication skills, and are eager to get the job done, you work well under pressure and in a team, we’re looking for you

**As League Manager a typical day might include the following**:
- Be a liaison to new affiliates opening up a location and welcoming them to WATL
- Making sound and fair judgment
- Development of new processes
- Identifying areas of opportunity & growth
- Ensuring compliance of company policies & procedures
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Effectively managing your time, prioritizing tasks and aiding team members
- Ad hoc tasks as required
**You may also be asked to work on**:
- Vendor negotiations and management
- Customer service, training and development, new programs and initiatives for affiliates
- Aiding in customer service & ensuring customer satisfaction of products
**This Job Might Be For You If**:
- You have axe and knife throwing experience
- You have WATL knowledge (an asset)
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite through Google, and Google calendar
- You possess the ability to deal with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way
- You have a deep understanding of customer/client requirements
- You possess strong leadership skills
- You are detail oriented and organized
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize
- You have natural creative flair and are full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations
