If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location.

As an integral part of the Marketing & Communications team, their well-honed skills will be applied across a variety of business areas from commercial and residential leasing to premium hotel marketing.

**Key Duties**:

- Reporting on performance - campaigns, websites, digital footprint, media reach
- Assisting with the development of marketing assets and content - video, photography, collateral, promotional materials
- Assisting with events and media relations
- Developing and managing editorial calendar for social, website, newsletters
- Working with external vendors and suppliers
- Managing brand standards for a variety of brands
- Managing and updating websites (Squarespace, WordPress & hotel brand sites)

**Core Competencies**:

- Ability to lead and manage projects as well as external vendors
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to working with others and sharing information
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suites also desirable
- Sound knowledge of popular social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
- Strong understanding of digital / social media metrics and analytics

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent qualifications of skills and experience.
- New graduates will be considered
