**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via in-person, phone.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate results within their appointments.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through any way of data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for phone etiquette and customer service excellence.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; to be able to handle different clients.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in data collecting with attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $670.00-$1,368.74 per week
