SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES **Reporting, Analysis and Insights Generation**: - Gather both internal and external data, synthesize and develop easy-to-follow, actionable dashboards and reports - Drive processes for ongoing collection of data and ensure macro trends, market, customer and competitor intelligence remains updated - Support in creating processes, templates and tools for efficient KPI analysis and reporting - Lead the development of corporate strategy scorecards, developing and tracking Objectives and Key Results. Partner with business unit and functional leads to monitor and analyze other key business performances against established metrics, identifying areas of improvement and optimization - Support the creation of board materials, financial models, ad-hoc requests from senior leaders in strategy and the Executive Leadership Team **Strategic Planning, Execution and Corporate Development**: - Work with Corporate Strategy leadership and Executive Leadership Team to establish ongoing strategic planning timelines, cadence, check-in points - Assist the business to define and drive business level roadmaps in addition to evaluating potential risks and operational impacts associated with the strategic plan - Become familiar with various globally recognized strategic planning frameworks, work with Corporate Strategy leadership to educate business on them and ingrain into decision making - Support product gap and competitive analysis. Preform financial and data analysis and evaluate hypotheses, trends concerning market segments, geographies and products - Where required, support the business on potential mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnership deals. **Corporate Development and Strategy Toolkit**: - Research, learn and develop a suite of toolkits for the Corporate Strategy team by leveraging best-in-class frameworks - Develop training materials and tailor them towards the wine, alcoholic beverage industry WORKING RELATIONSHIP - Reports to: Manager, Strategy and Transformation SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE - Completion of bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred. - 3+ years of progressive experience, with preference in the wine, alcoholic beverage industry, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or similar roles where structuring ambiguous problems using data to communicate results to executives - Proven track record of driving change, ability to think outside the box, work with members in various functions and levels of an organization - Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling - Understanding of the wine industry, including market dynamics, supply chain, and consumer trends. - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Strong problem solving abilities and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels - Ability to think strategically and navigate complex issues - Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment - Excellent business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines We are conducting an internal and external search simultaneously.
