**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking two motivated individuals with passion for transforming lives and a desire to grow their career to join our team at the Bay/Queen Campus as an Administrative Assistant. The individual is to work closely with our campus manager, play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our campus, facilitate data entry and records management.
**Job duties**
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
- Assist in the collection, entry, and analysis of data related to career services.
- Provide support in managing student-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses and appropriate referrals.
- Ensure all PSW Skills Passbook sign off appointments are booked for those completing the practicum, update student system to close practicum module and scan skills passbooks and upload to Portal.
- Mailing of the uniform/skills passbook/ID badge to students as needed.
- Preparing ID badges for all campuses (PSW students)
- Practicum Start calls to ensure that students have actually started the practicum on time
- Practicum Document collection/uploading
- Business Development to find new practicum sites
- Contacting Employers for Open Job Orders/Sending Job Fair information and job leads to graduates
- Graduate Call downs to inquire if graduates are working or if they require job search assistance
**Job requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role or operations, preferably in an educational environment, but not compulsory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students and staff.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
- A self starter and team player with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
