**Position**:
We are looking for an IT Analyst, Information Systems, to fill a permanent position within our Technical Systems and Software Evolution (STEEL) team.

Reporting to the Product Leader, the IT Analyst, Information Systems is responsible for the proper functioning and improvement of the company's management systems as well as the analysis, evaluation and implementation of new systems. He/she collaborates with other teams such as project office, software engineering, sales and marketing, Employee Experience, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer and configure existing systems and act as a resource person for all user issues;
- Understand and master Croesus' business needs and processes;
- Participate in business needs analysis committees;
- Identify and study the needs of stakeholders in order to translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements;
- Analyze business needs in order to evaluate, select and implement new information systems or to implement new functionalities;
- Propose tools that support business processes and present proofs of concept;
- Model and conceptualize the processes and the proposed solutions;
- Validate and deploy the developed solutions;
- Document the architecture and development of the solutions;
- Propose optimization and improvement solutions to ensure operational efficiency;
- Write analysis reports and presentations;
- Write user manuals and provide training to users.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (working language is french)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information systems management ;
- 2-4 years of business analysis experience.

- Ability to react quickly to challenges in existing systems;
- Problem solving and conceptualization skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the business and IT and to demonstrate leadership through influence;
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to understand end-user needs;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Assets:

- Programming and project management experience;
- Experience in analysis and programming with the following systems:

- Google Workspaces
- Sharepoint
- NetSuite
- Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Manager)
- Any other relevant system
