**About Us**

We’re a boutique architectural and residential construction firm in BC known for thoughtful design, high standards, and deep relationships with builders, designers, and realtors. We're now growing — and looking to **hand off parts of our sales and referral systems** to someone reliable, trustworthy, and organized.

**Your Mission**

Take over the day-to-day coordination of three key growth engines:

- **Our Sales campaigns** (already running)
- **Our network of builders and realtors** (who refer clients our way)
- **Incoming leads**

We’re looking for someone who enjoys following a process, keeping relationships warm, and keeping simple systems running smoothly — **without needing constant direction**.

**Qualifications**
- Background in Marketing, sales, communications is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Friendly but not pushy — knows how to build trust over time
- Tech-comfortable — can work with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, or a simple CRM
- Honest, dependable, and takes initiative
- Interested in homes, design, architecture, or real estate (not required, but a bonus)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- French not required

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
