**Position Summary**
Reporting to the CEO, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for client account management to ensure a best-in-class experience for all No Meat Factory customers. This includes but is not limited to communicating with external customers, coordinating sales activities between internal stakeholders and external contacts, and event management and coordination. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in advancing sales activities that will result in increased market share, enhanced brand awareness, and overall business growth. This individual will also contribute to upselling efforts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and supporting inside sales activities to drive revenue.
**Job Duties**
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, build strong relationships and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timelines in delivery.
- Follow up internally to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Work closely with Sales team to address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with sales-related activities.
- Collaborate with various departments, including R&D and production, to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Partner with Sales to expand the company’s market presence and attract new customers.
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and organizing sales material.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, creating and implementing effective campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Organize, plan and coordinate events, trade shows and product launches.
- Assist with sales presentations and materials.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related.
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, sales, customer service or related required.
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or related required.
- Event coordination or planning experience considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office suite required (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism and composure in varying circumstances.
- Customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization, including internal and external customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- High attention to detail and meticulous.
- Adaptable, resourceful and a willingness to learn.
**Working Conditions**
- This is a Monday to Friday schedule with work hours aligned to the core working hours of the business.
- Attending client meetings outside of core work hours may be required from-time-to-time based on business needs.
- Travel to other work sites or engagement events may be required (0-25%), equivalent to +/- 0-2 times every quarter.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
