Sales Representative

Surrey, Canada RDS AUTO SALES LTD. Full time

We are a car dealership in located in Surrey.

We offer commission during training period (2 week training period) and then base salary + commissions after training.

Experience in the sales industry is preferred but not required.

**Job Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
2-4 years of sales experience (preferred but not required)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Working knowledge of CRM systems

**Responsibilities for Sales Representative**

Taking photos, videos of vehicle and posting ads
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
