**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Experience in food handling and kitchen operations within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Cook for Japanese Cuisine Restaurant or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food preparation, and safety regulations in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with various types of meat, seafood, and other ingredients used in hot kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Have basic knowledge of Japanese food, able to well-managed in a busy kitchen environment.
Able to work well with a close, fast and friendly team.
