We are currently looking for an Experienced Collection Agent to add to our Team in Barrie, Ontario.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Experienced Collection Agent you will be:
- Making contact with consumers via telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts.- Completing initial trace work using online tools and account systems.- Verifying consumer information.- Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement.- Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives.

- Full Time - Various shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends- ABOUT YOU- You have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in 3rd party collections.-
- You have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.-
