We are looking for an Experienced Bilingual Collection Agent to join our team and provide outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and English
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languages
  • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
