**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to minimize errors and double ordering.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely reordering.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, for improvements and report to ownership as required

**Client and Manufacturer Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, updates, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers to secure reliable updates and timelines.

**Financial Management**:

- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and train operations staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance.
- Utilize ERP, CRM systems (such as Odoo), and other relevant software and provide training to staff where required.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.

**Problem Solving and Decision Making**:

- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Make informed decisions to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the supply and installation industry, preferably with a focus on commercial doors and hardware products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stand firm and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt ERP and CRM systems.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and cash flow.
- Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.

Pay: From $82,000.00 per year
