**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Supervise and motivate a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
- **Customer Service**: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance the overall dining experience.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and achieve financial objectives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, including food safety standards, labor laws, and alcohol service regulations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Helping on the Floor**: Assist with restaurant operations by providing support on the floor as needed, including helping with serving, bussing tables, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods.
- **Working with CEO and Core Office**: Collaborate with the CEO and core office team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on Italian cuisine highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and consistency.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of Italian language and culture is a plus.
