**Responsibilities**
- Enter all accounts payable invoices.
- Match invoices and packing slips to ensure that all materials and equipment billed have been received by the company.
- Check all prices and quantities to Delco purchase orders
- Work with project managers to ensure all invoices are approved.
- Regularly reconcile suppliers' statements to the outstanding invoices to ensure that corrections of errors have been made.
- Contact suppliers for any missing invoices.
- Assist Accounting Supervisor with matching payments up with invoices.
- Filing as needed.

**Required**
- Business, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Desired**
- One year of experience in Accounts Payable.
