**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, including processing transactions accurately.
- Train and mentor new staff on operational procedures and customer service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health standards.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to perform at their best.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
