**Summary**

As a Barista/Shift Leader, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while managing daily operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your barista experience and premium skills in POS systems to ensure efficient service and accurate cash handling. Your core responsibilities include preparing beverages, supervising staff, ensuring customer service standards and maintaining food safety standards. With a focus on time management and food service, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and support the team in achieving service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in accordance with company standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in training new staff and managing shift operations effectively.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
