We're currently seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team and take charge of the operational and ordering aspects of our multifaceted projects.

**Position Overview**

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of our furniture installations—from procurement and vendor coordination to tracking shipments and scheduling deliveries. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure that each project runs smoothly and on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all logístical aspects of furniture orders for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping companies to manage timelines and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure all elements arrive on schedule.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or supply chain issues.
- Communicate updates and logistics status to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage on-site deliveries and installations when required.
- Work closely with project managers and designers to align logistics with project needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics, procurement, or project coordination (preferably in furniture, interior design, or related industries).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using logistics software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to receive deliveries and move around packages as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
