**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work closely on any pending issues with customers
- Ensure SKUs are set up correctly and pushed through the ERP system based on SOP.
- Create line sheets and update catalogs seasonally
- Organize and send samples/catalogues
- Work closely with Design to communicate any changes necessary on CAD’s
- Work closely with Production team to ensure orders are placed, followed up
- Work closely with Production team to ensure factories are executing samples correctly and on time
- Review all submits and samples for customers before sending
- Meet with production team to review costing, leadtimes and deliveries
- Issue UPCs/POs, Review and send customer PO’s to the correct teams
- Keep records of all customer’s info (CAD’s, approval dates, etc)
- Run reports for applicable customers
- Upload and Maintain SKU items on customer portal
- Other sales and product related tasks in supporting Merch Director

**Knowledge, skills and qualifications**:

- Experience working in the Apparel / Fashion Industry
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a Coordinator role with Sales, Product or Production background
- System savvy : ERP system
- Quick learner
- Team-player: great people skills
- Highly organized
- Detail Oriented
- Multi-Tasker
- Adaptable and Thrives in dynamic environment
- Microsoft Suite : Excel and Word required. Creative skills an asset
