Aramark is recruiting an Operations Finance Manager to support Queen's Hospitality Services at Queen's University. The Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial and operating reports and conduct and document financial analysis projects. The Operations Finance Manager will work directly with the lead operator at the account and implement procedures that maximize profit by ensuring operational targets, internal control of inventories, cash, and equipment are conducted accordingly.

We are seeking a professional with experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Food Industry preferably.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be highly collaborative with leadership and communicate key levers to improve margins
- Financial planning and analysis - create annual forecast and budget by venue
- Create weekly - monthly - annual financial reports
- Accountable for cash flow, cash and banking, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, capital expenditures
- Weekly & Monthly reporting to include analyzing and communicating to the corporation operators - including with SMART actions
- Audits & Contract Compliance - cash, A/P, SOX; collaborating with internal corporate auditors
- Anticipate client and business needs; communicate on systems, reporting
- Perform regional and account related duties as directed by the Director of FP&A

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience - AP/AR, payroll, P&L management
- Experience managing fiscal operations in the Hospitality, Retail or Food Industry is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills required with the ability to slice and dice numbers
- Firsthand experience and understanding of operations management is required
- Collaborative interaction with a team for budgeting, cost control and monthly reporting
- Must adhere to accepted accounting practices and observe financial controls and processes
- Excellent communication skills; strong diligence; meeting with strict deadlines
- Must reside in or in the vicinity of Kingston, Ontario as this is an in-person position
