Job Title: Finance Manager - Performance Management Global iOps

Location: Kingston, Rotterdam & Other European Locations

JOB PURPOSE

The re-wiring of our processes, technology and organisation across this critical set of activities gives us an unprecedented opportunity to eliminate complexity and reduce duplication with the primary objective of improving customer service and unlocking capacity to drive growth.

The UniOps - Global Business Transformation - finance team is looking for a strong finance manager that sets up the ways of working with MCOs and leadership teams across the globe in order to manage this transition from the functional service lines and who helps ensuring that BCs are delivered OTIF.

The role is reporting into the Head of iOps Performance Management and does have one direct report (WL1).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly FC consolidation of iOps Transformation projects (investment, savings, run costs) and results consolidation to iOps Leadership team
- Continuation and improvement of reporting processes - building end-to-end data flow from markets into global change program
- Transformation of the current reporting system to fully automated and online environment, including design and implementation of new reporitng suite (PowerBI)
- Data Science Expert (PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate etc)
- Alignment on reporting requirements with markets, leadership teams and overall UniOps finance teams
- Analyses support within overall Central iOps Finance Team (e.g. Global indirects, Restructuring Accruals, GLC & ICC reporting)
- Partner within Central iOps Finance team and markets on the overall performance management of iOps & legacy projects
- First Point of contact for Global change program reporting & stakeholders
- Partnering with iOps IT Finance BP for overall performance management
- Partnering with UniOps Finance team on end-to-end cost transparency

- High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint

- EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE_
- Previous Finance process experience, preferably experience in Finance Excellence Team (FET), Financial Planing & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Partnering
- Experience in reporitng systems transformation and PowerBI implemenation
- The role requires a high level of independence and proactiveness as well as excellent influencing skills to successfully execute and own the improvement roadmap
- Ability to work collaboratively, create relationships across the organization and team commitment
- Managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
- Pro-activeness towards continuous improvement with a “can do” mentality
- Business acumen and financial understanding - solid understanding of accounting and finance principles. Qualified accountant or equivalent
- High integrity, structure, and drive
- Resilience (ability to cope with time pressure and challenges)
