Reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the job site.
This role will support Aecon Construction Solutions Inc. (ACSI), a subsidiary of Aecon Group Inc., based out of Delta, British Columbia.
**What You Will Do Here**
- Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval.
- Assists with the creation and submission of project billing.
- Tracks, records and reports attendance and payroll of all site personnel.
- Coordinates and prepares job packages including locates, permits, materials.
- Maintains an organized filing system on site.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Repetitive movement (data entry).
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.
**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- At least 2 years’ experience as a billing administrator.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive.
- Always exhibit a polite and professional manner.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
