**Essential Duties and Requirements**:
This role is responsible for administering truck manufacturers warranties, service invoicing, follow-up, record keeping & administrative support to the service department.

- Previous experience in the customer service industry is required
- Previous service/warranty administration experience is required
- Be a solid communicator with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have sound working computer knowledge
- Parts and/or service experience will be considered an asset
- A strong background in the Transportation industry is an asset

**Shifts: AFTERNOON MON-FRI 4:30 - 2:00 a.m.**

Starting pay: $25 + $2.50/HR afternoon shift premium

This position will become a union position in the near future.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $27.50 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
