Field Projects Coordinator

Reporting to the President, the Field Projects Coordinator plans and coordinates each project from start to completion. The incumbent works closely with the Field Operations Manager and Estimators (i.e., Internal Customers) and the client (External Customer) to see the project to completion with mínimal disruption.
**Responsibilities**
A. Project Planning
- Responsible for coordinating and setting up the job to ensure that field operations are prepared to start and execute the job to successful completion.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating labour and material resources with the team internally, vendors and the client for successful project execution.
B. Project Coordination and Maintenance
- Responsible for daily project management and coordination to ensure that the project flows smoothly from start to finish.
- Responsible for monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for all applicable stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track.
C. Client Satisfaction
- Responsible for daily communicating with the client through the project’s life in partnership with the Estimator and the Field Operations Manager.
- Responsible for working closely with the client to manage any concerns, expectations or change orders that are dealt with accordingly.
D. Project Administration
- Responsible for managing project documentation, such as the project plan, budget, or schedule to ensure that planned margins are achieved.
- Responsible for maintaining the job file to ensure that all critical information is secured and prepared for when information is required.
- Responsible for compiling all information required for the job to be invoiced.
- Executing various administrative tasks such as billing and updating the project management system.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma; post secondary considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license.
- Five years of experience working as a Project Scheduler and Coordinator in Construction.
- Five years of experience working closely with clients through project completion. This includes working to resolve client issues.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 - MS Word and Excel.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
