About Us

We deliver high-quality asset integrity, inspection, and engineering services to Western Canada's energy sector. From pipelines to pressure equipment, we help operators maintain safe, reliable, and compliant infrastructure. Our team values professionalism, technical excellence, and collaboration — built on a foundation of integrity, accountability, and clear communication.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and technical proficiency to support the planning and execution of integrity and engineering projects of all our clients. This role works closely with engineers, inspectors, field teams, and clients to ensure that all project deliverables are accurate, timely, and thoroughly documented.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and support multiple asset integrity and engineering projects simultaneously.

· Communicate effectively — verbally and in writing — with internal teams, clients, and vendors to maintain alignment and clarity.

· Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.

· Track project budgets, purchase orders, and scope changes.

· Prepare and format technical documentation, reports, and client deliverables with precision and consistency.

· Manage data in Microsoft Excel, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and reporting.

· Utilize Microsoft Word for report generation and correspondence, ensuring professional presentation and accuracy.

· Support the coordination of field activities, logistics, and inspection assignments.

· Assist in maintaining compliance with AER, ABSA, and client requirements.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and documentation processes.

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably within oil & gas, asset integrity, inspection, or industrial engineering environments.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — able to develop professional correspondence, reports, and client deliverables.

· High proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, tracking, charts)

Microsoft Word (professional formatting, document control)

Microsoft Project (scheduling, Gantt charts, progress tracking)

Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation development)

· Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or other project management tools considered an asset.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Adapt quickly to new information and workflows while coordinating internal and external projects on a daily basis.

· Oversee document control processes for all clients and maintain accurate daily timesheet records for internal projects.

· Valid Class 5 driver's license; travel to field or client sites within Alberta as required.

Why Join Us

· Contribute to technically challenging and meaningful projects across the energy sector.

· Be part of a collaborative, integrity-driven team focused on professional excellence.

· Competitive salary package.

· Career growth opportunities in project management and engineering leadership.
