**LOCATION**: Remote / Corporate Office in Richmond Hill (Hybrid)

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join a team that provides analytical and reporting support to all functional areas of the business. You will work closely with other departments to define metrics and implement robust data visualizations and dashboarding solutions through Power BI that will drive meaningful insights and business decisions. Your goal is to help create a data storytelling environment where end users can quickly understand how we are performing toward our goals and accurately analyze our business to make data-informed decisions.

**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with the business to conduct requirements gathering, Power BI reporting and data analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Create visual representations of data to help communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Property Operations and Back Office Departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of business strategies and initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc requests and report/investigate end user questions.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team on predictive analytics initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning of the BI Roadmap and Strategy.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field with approximately 7 to 10 years of work experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Power BI, with a strong background in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Proficient in SQL, with 7 years of hands-on experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Desirable skills include experience with Oracle Fusion, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Power Automate and Python for data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management and internal business partners.
