**The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing concrete crews, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution**
- **Supervise and lead concrete crews in daily operations, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.**:

- **Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry best practices.**:

- **Manage workflow and delegate tasks to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges as they arise.**

**Leadership & Team Management**
- **Provide clear direction and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.**:

- **Train and mentor employees to improve skills and maintain high-quality workmanship.**:

- **Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.**:

- **Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.**

**Safety & Compliance**
- **Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, including proper use of PPE, equipment, and tools.**:

- **Conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.**:

- **Maintain compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and workplace safety laws.**:

- **Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture within the team.**

**Material & Equipment Management**
- **Coordinate material orders and ensure supplies are available when needed.**:

- **Maintain and oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.**:

- **Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management.**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.**:

- **Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.**:

- **Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.**:

- **Experience working with a variety of concrete systems, including slab-on-grade, walls, footings, and curbs.**:

- **Strong leadership and team management skills.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.**:

- **Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.**:

- **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.**:
