We are looking for an energetic CRM Specialist to join out growing marketing team at Medisca. You will play a critical role in bringing teams together, to work as one, to achieve business goals. This is a role with a high level of influence in developing, planning and executing multiple initiatives that will create long-lasting impact while paving the way for future initiatives that support Medisca’s growth and success.
**The Opportunity**:
**CRM Operations (60%)**
You will be responsible to create automated processes and procedures that support the effective and efficient functioning of our CRM Tool - Creatio.
- Contribute to defining the Marketing & Sales Funnel (MQL/SQL) and identify opportunities to improve cross-team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across the different markets.
- Contribute to creating nurturing campaigns in our CRM tool that drive prospects and customers through all stages - from lead generation through win/loss - ensuring high conversion rates.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey & work with key stakeholders to create and test new initiatives. (Example: customer onboarding, acquisition & retention, etc.)
- Be a trusted source for CRM development, enablement and drive accountability across teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of the CRM Learning Program & Train-the-Trainer approach (incl. eLearning, videos, how-to’s, task-scenarios, guidelines, checklists, Q&As and more)
- Lead the CRM monthly onboarding & check-in sessions - Inspire new users to see the value of CRM.
- Capture and Analyse feedback for Creatio improvements across sales, services & marketing.
- Provide input and Participate in the development and planning sessions with Creatio.
- Explore current Creatio features and evaluate future Creatio releases that we can add to our tool.
- Co-create CRM/Creatio release reports bi-weekly or monthly. Train users if needed.
- Develop CRM reporting framework and share reports monthly/quarterly with key stakeholders.
- Curate and package suitable collateral including playbooks, competitive battle cards, presentations, best practices, decks, and product videos for delivery to customer-facing teams.
- Continuously test and learn, implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency.
**Commercial Connectivity (30%)**
You will be responsible to build the right framework to create synergies across marketing, sales and services with the goal to align, increase productivity and achieve desired goal.
- Be an active member of the Commercial Team (members include colleagues from sales, services and marketing) with the purpose to drive business development, co-create strategies and initiatives that will reach and have impact on our customers and company. This team will work together by opening up lines of communication and embracing teamwork and collaboration cross-functionally.
- In partnership with Business Process Analyst, define the customer data management process. Having clean, reliable and actionable customer data is the foundation of any B2B activity. Be a champion of customer data. Our mission is to maintain quality data, database growth, contact and account enrichment and data governance, as well as vigilant attention to data security and compliance.
