**Revenue Operations Specialist**
**Location: Montreal, Full-Time In-Office**
You will play a key role in managing our CRM and DMP platform, supporting the development of audience segmentation strategies, and executing targeted campaigns that drive retention and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Advertising Operations**
- Act as the primary operational partner to the sales teams — supporting pitch ideas, deal flow, pipeline management, and campaign setup for display and video advertising clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, and Account Management to ensure smooth order entry, campaign trafficking, and billing alignment.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining RFPs, insertion orders (IOs) and related documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, ad platforms, and reporting systems.
- Support sales by developing custom audience segments for their pitch decks and ensure advertiser KPIs are met through these custom audiences. Provide further optimizations if necessary.
**Revenue Operations & Systems Management**
- Maintain and optimize CRM and OMS systems (Boostr) to reflect accurate pipeline and campaign status.
- Build and manage dashboards that track campaign performance, revenue pacing, and sales productivity.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile booked revenue and ensure campaign billing accuracy.
- Support lead routing, opportunity assignment, and forecasting processes to improve sales efficiency.
**Analytics & Process Optimization**
- Analyze sales and campaign data to identify trends in ad performance, customer behavior, and revenue growth.
- Provide insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales conversion rates.
- Develop and document scalable workflows between Sales, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, inventory management, and yield analysis.
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Ad Operations, preferably within the digital advertising or media industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — especially with sales and ad ops teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Knowledge of display and video advertising, including campaign setup, pacing, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge in direct sales; RFPs, campaign management, audience data management.
- Google Ad Manager experience an asset.
- ComScore experience an asset.

- Collaborer avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations publicitaires (Ad Ops) et de gestion de comptes pour assurer une saisie des commandes, un trafic de campagnes et une facturation sans faille.
- Aider à la création, à la révision et à la mise à jour des RFP, bons d’insertion (IO) et autres documents connexes.
