Our company is steadily growing and we'd like YOU to join us on a permanent basis **Pay Rate**: $25 - $35 To start immediately. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects that make a difference in the community. **Responsibilities**: - Complete assigned labor tasks, including work outside of machine when needed (ground work) - Ability to operate an excavator - Work effectively within a team or independently - Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day **Requirements**: - Live in Halifax Regional Municipality - Be proficient in grading soils - Have experience in Hardscape and Softscape - Have experience using an excavator, and a skid steer - Must have a valid drivers license and clean abstract - Be able to lift 50+ lbs without issue - Can problem solve efficiently - Good organization and time management skills - Have references Ground Force is an equal opportunity employer.
