**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage structural steel projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance
- Review project designs, drawings, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with Niik Steel stakeholders to ensure project success
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during fabrication and installation
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in structural steel industry
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, estimator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in various construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Experience with estimating and bidding process
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,352.00-$75,889.00 per year
