Working in close proximity with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, and works to ensure standards/requirements are met through quality assurance protocols. The Project Coordinator reports to Senior Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the collection/distribution of project start up documentation.
- Attend, participate, and record minutes of client/consultant meetings and/or project related meetings on site.
- Assist Project Manager in the carrying out of project related duties.
- Assist other Project Coordinators in the carrying out of project related duties.
- Assist Estimating Team in preparing a bid for tender
- Assemble and distribute project files for use by Project Management and Field Supervision Teams
- Assist Project Superintendent in the assembly of site documentation
- Prepare subcontracts and major supplier purchase orders for review by Project Manager
- Assist Project Manager in pricing of contract changes
- Collect, record and forward project shop drawings to stakeholders
- Attend subcontractor meetings
- Coordinate & assemble Operations and Maintenance data for project maintenance manuals
- Assist in acquiring and distribute project substantial and final certifications
- Attend project close‐out meeting(s)
- Provide coverage for Administrative Assistant at reception desk as required; (i.e. during lunchbreaks/vacation periods/sick days, etc.)

**Competencies and Requirements**
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other construction scheduling software
- Project Coordinators may also be required to administer by themselves lesser capital cost projects at which time their duties may be expanded similar to those of a Project Manager.
