**Key Responsibilities**:

- Site Preparation: Assist with setting up job sites by unloading materials, preparing work areas, and assembling tools and equipment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Assist in simple construction activities such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand tools and power tools.
- Clean-up and Maintenance: Keep the worksite clean by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate small machinery or equipment, if qualified and trained, such as forklifts or other machinery.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience as a general labourer or in construction is preferred, but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments (outdoors, at heights, etc.).
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Safety Certifications: A valid safety certificate (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA) is preferred or may be required upon hire.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
