Blueline Contracting is seeking an Construction Labourer for Squamish work.
We build custom, high performance homes in the Sea to Sky and have several exceptional projects lined up and a tight knit team to fold into.

We have opportunities to be mentored and grow within the company for someone wanting to pursue apprenticeship and a career in carpentry.

Previous jobsite experience is preferred
- you should have some experience in construction labour
- you are physically fit and a hard worker
- you able to take direction from and work alongside a team

WAGE:
$26 per hour and up - experience dependent
Paid lunch break
Paid travel time - if required
Profit Sharing bonus structure

BENEFITS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Labourer is responsible for the day to day execution of a wide range of building tasks on site including:

- taking direction and following instruction from carpenters
- a variety of forming / framing / siding tasks
- moving materials / loading trailers / staining wood, etc
- maintain site safety and work safely
- bring a willingness to learn and work hard
- integrate into a motivated, vested team who takes pride in their work, and is committed to the team project goals

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- some experience in construction / on job sites
- transportation and cell phone
- personal PPE - boots / gloves / hard hat
- you are on time and at work daily

PREFERENCE TO:

- previous experience
- carpenter's helper experience - measuring / cutting / installing experience
- desire to grow your carpentry career
- first aid certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
