We are a privately owned company based out of Nisku in Alberta that specializes in Oilfield service work to drilling rigs. We are currently seeking a full time dispatcher to join our team.

Mandatory 3 plus years in dispatching OILFIELD trucking

Duties Include but are not limited to:

- Organizing and dispatching trucks and drivers
- Dealing with customers and helping them to get loads booked in
- Maintaining dispatching schedule so that it is up to date.
- Preparing dispatch sheets as well as organizing and keeping track of all paperwork associated with the loads and billing.
- Keeping track of trucks and making sure they meet their scheduled load/unload times
- Provide customers with updates as required
- Ordering Permits
- Keeping track of repairs/shop and day to day operations

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nisku, AB T9E 7S7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
